Practice notes

Indraj is head of the banking team in London and specialises in project and asset finance. He acts for borrowers, contractors and banks and has advised on a number of domestic and international infrastructure and power projects. He has advised on power projects in Africa, Pakistan and South America. He also advised a member of the Tube Lines Syndicate on the London Underground PPP.  Indraj is also a member of the LMA drafting committee.

Indraj is also a member of the renewable energy team and has advised UK and international clients on a number of renewables projects, including a project lease on a wind farm and the issues in respect of the project financing of biomass CHP plants.
